Good afternoon doctor, I have an habit of smoking and drinking for the last 11 years and stopped drinking before 6 months. But I can't able to quit smoking, friend of mine told me that if I go for jogging, it helps to de- tox the effect of smoking, is that true need your advice regarding this. Thank you.

Jogging itself is good for quitting your habits and I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar and pranayam daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months
