Hello I won't get worried for mild abnormal sound in heart if the echo is normal. Mild abnormal sound (murmur) can be there due to increased flow across valve in case of fever, anemia in the absence of cardiac abnormality. Similarly transient decrease in heart rate is also normal if there are no associated symptoms. So you need not to worry if baby is active, playful and there is no breathing problem. Regards.
