Dear lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to acidity - avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk food, restrict intake of tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day, also avoid alcohol & smoking if you do - follow some dietary precautions: - do not miss your meals, have meals on time, chew your food well, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, do not lye down for about an hour after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper digestion - have tablet Pan 40, 1 tab half an hour daily before breakfast - also do regular exercise including yoga for proper digestion.
