Today I had my routine blood test done with results 24.0 crp ,sgot 66, triglycerides 250, Vldl 50 and grade 1 fatty liver. Recently I gained 4 kgs weight and my stomach is bulging and getting big. How to reduce fatty lever, reduce crp, alt and what diet and medicines to take?
