I am 24 years old and getting married soon. I don't last for more than 7-8 strokes in bed. Can you please suggest any ointment which I can apply before having inter course? Or any tablet? I don't want to underperform on my first night.

Hi! I can understand your concern. Your problem is Premature ejaculation. Don't worry about It. The normal range for ejaculation is 30 sec to 3 minutes. Don't believe the pornographers where you can see that people are doing it for hours, they would use drugs to maintain sustained erection which is not good for health. You can do it for long time natural methods without depend on medication. I'm suggesting you here. 1. Don't be anxious, hurry to complete it, be patient. Do it slowly and take time for foreplay. 2. Stop and proceed technique- if you get the ejaculation sensations very early, stop doing it for some time and then proceed again. 3. Sqeez technique-ask your partner to squeeze your glance penis immediately after getting sensations. Inspite of using this methods if you get the Same problem consult me online for sex therapy.
