I had I pill on my second day of my period? From next day, which is my third day of period I stop bleeding completely. What is wrong?

Yes you are right. Pills have hormones and hormones are given for stopping the heavy bleeding in certain situations. Pills work to reduce the chances of getting pregnant and they can work otherwise also by reducing the amount of bleeding. Take a lower dose pills if you want a good cycle.
