My sister is 16 years old. She had acidity problem for last one week. Pls give some suggestions.

To start with/To try with, Drink water empty stomach early morning and have a gap of about 45 mins of drinking water after meals. Avoid drinking immediately after meals. Still if you have Sour education's or heart burn then Drink about a glass of milk (a little bit chilled) in sips in about 8-10 mins.
