Last month suddenly i started bleeding from my nose my age is 24 years and i am not addicted to any kind of toxism (alcohol, smoking, etc.) even I don't have any kind of health issue. Can I get to know why the bleeding had occurred?

One episode of nasal bleeding may not be significant, commonly it occurs secondary to self inflicted injury to your nose. If it reccures then you need to consult ent specialist.
