I have got skin rashes on my under eyes since a month. It is not at all healing. I am having Nadoxin cream and reduce-L tablet for it at overnight after consulting a doctor in chennai. Now I have come to ooty my hometown for vacation this cold climate here is making my under eye skin condition more worser. It has been 3 days since I came to ooty. Yesterday night I got severe itching and today mrng I have got under eye bags looking more worser day by day. No proper improvement in the condition. What shall I do now?
