I am 23 years old virgin male. For the past 1 year I am getting mild white painless discharge from my penis every single day (4 to 5 times a day) .Im getting this discharge not while urinating but it comes at frequent irregular times simply without any feeling. I will always notice the discharge traces on my underwear (2-3 drops size. I have consulted doctors they find no infection or any disease in me. I don't know whether it is associated with very mild semen leakage. What is the reason?

Please do not worry as you do not have any infection. 2.Every time after the act of urination, gently massage with your fingers on the underside of the penis towards the tip which will help to expel the secretions.
