When I was in sleep, sometimes my urine comes in morning time (3 am to 5 am).In my dream I want to go to toilet but, when I woke up I realising that it was real after wetting my shot. Please help me to cure this.

Do not see something that is scary before sleeping, have less water and sleep fully covered. I think your Ac. Is at very low temperature. Secondly you need to feel relaxed before going to bed. Try this for a week and then come back.
