I am 24 years old male. I have an underdeveloped/damaged testicle due to an accidental injury during my childhood. One of my testicles is very lucid and deformed but it did not break into pieces. Healthy testicle the one on the right side of my testicle sac is completely tough and solid like a rosugulla. After the accident I started feeling more compulsive and losing control over sexual desires which lead to regular masturbation almost 3-4 times a day I was then some 14-15 years old. I was getting more addicted to masturbation and I do continue to practise it until today but since last years i'm feeling low on my libido. Masturbating only once in a day. Lost all my interest in work and studies. I got more movieholic like I used to be in my teenage. I feel burdenup when I think of studying or going to work maybe because I developed gynecomastia on my left side of chest which is painful and growing rapidly, currently i'm more concerned about my diet because I was diagnosed with reflux esophagitis with gastritis and duodenitis. Doctor said my small intestine was inflamed too. I'm taking acid suppressing pills since 7 months. Started my first month of treatment with ppi inhibitors (rabeprazole 40 mg bd) and followed by maintenance dose of h+k+ (ranitidine 300 mg OD) blockers until now. Please suggest me what to do?

You have damaged testicles, you are doing excessive masturbation, you are facing low libido and other problems for which you are taking treatment. I advise you to do masturbation two times a week, more than this harmful for future married life. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take plenty of water daily. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation daily. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs always. Follow this and be happy.
