I am 24 yr old Male. I play football quite a bit. Once during a game, I felt like I pulled my groin. It pains attimes when I stretch a leg. It's been there for the last 2 weeks since the injury. I visited a physiotherapist and he told its nothing serious and suggested me some strengthening exercises. But, I still have my doubts. How to differentiate between groin pull and a sports hernia?
