I have had c-section around 2 months ago. Now I want to start work out. So what can I start with? Or can I even start? And what to do?

Avoid any strenuous exercise for 12 weeks post lscs in case of an uneventful postop period, after that you may work out any which way you want. You can do walking or simple exercises now, nothing that increases intraabdomenal pressure, might cause incisional hernia.
