I'm 18 years old male having a dislocated sternoclavicular joint. Please help me.

There are 6 grades. Up to grade 3 we don't need to intervene. Grade 4 to grade 6 need surgical interval in the form of reconstruction of broken ligament.

As doctor kumar said, mild variety of sternoclavicular dislocations do not need surgical treatment. This is a relatively less common injury. The 6 grades mentioned by Dr. Kumar may be for acromioclavicular dislocation. Sternoclavicular dislocations have three main types- simple sprain, partial dislocation and complete dislocation. The treatment depends on the type and the direction of the dislocation.
