ECG cannot be interpreted properly without looking at the ECG graph, so kindly share that, and taking a deep breath which causes chest pain is highly unlikely due to a heart related cause. You can get a chest x-ray done that will be able to explain the condition of lungs and the pain could be due to some local muscle injury or pain but very unlikely due to a heart cause.
