I am 55 years old and having mild concentric LVH with normal weight and no hypertension. The ECG report confirms that there is Sinus Bradycardia. Please guide me.

Sinus bradycardia is quite normal in people who exercise regularly and it is nothing to be worried about and it just means that your heart rate is less than 60 when the ECG was done and all you need is to monitor your heart rate which you can do by yourself by measuring your pulse to check whether it remains constantly below 60 or not if it is constantly less than 50 or less than 40 only then you need some investigation and intervention or else all you need is monitoring of heart rate.

You have not shared the detailed Echo report (Hopefully this was done by a cardiologist) and ECG graph, neither have you mentioned why did you get these tests done in the first place, so we cannot read it ourself, and so based on your information I am just answering your questions - Mild concentric LVH can be due to long standing BP issues and an Ecg showing bradycardia does not confirm LVH. Bradycardia means a heart rate lower than 50 beats per minute, in case you don't have any symptoms like weakness, giddiness, loss of consciousness etc, you don't need to worry about these things. In case you have any of the above mentioned symptoms please consult a cardiologist.
