My 4 year old son getting dry cough when he sleep and it keeps on lingering for around one hour in night. This is happening from last 6 Days. Coughing is generally occur twice in a Day and lingering in Day time is less than half an hour. He is taking Servil Junior from last 6 Days. Kindly advise for medication.
