I had my periods on 21st September which ended on 25th September. However I had an unprotected sex on 30th September where my husband ejaculated partially on my vagina, not inside exactly. Do I have chances of getting pregnant? Can the sperm flow inside the vagina? Or I am in the safe period? I am scared of getting pregnant right now.

You had a partailly protected sex on your 10th day. If you are a woman who menstruates every 28-32 days regularly, the chances of your egg-release are close to your 14th day. But that's not a hard and fast rule. You may ovulate right on your 10th day, or 11th, 12th, 13th, 15th or 16th too. You never know! Besides, the sperms released on 1oth day can survive in your uterine cervix till the day of ovulation and can cause pregnancy. At least theoretically! They have such a capability.
