Hello doctor Would like to know effective treatments for stretch marks? Also I have a little belly pooch that I want to eliminate, would like possible suggestions for that too Many thanks.

Stretch marks occur due to excessive stretching of skin due to causes like pregnancy, abrupt weight gain etc. With time they can fade but will not go away completely. You can apply coconut oil before going to bath. You can apply stretch nil cream twice daily to get your stretch marks lighten. If you want to completely remove it. You can opt for cosmetic procedures also for the same.
