My voice changed since a month but I didn't have cold or cough. What might be the reason? Should I consult a ENT specialist?

Hi lybrate-user. Yes. you need to meet ENT specialist .get your video laryngoscopy done. Its very imp to see if any swelling, nodule or polyp is present over your vocal cords or its just a LPR.
