I have burning sensation after bowel movement in anus from 7-8 month, but it is not happen daily. But whenever I eat little bit (not much) spicy food then it happen. Then I went a doctor then he give me some medicine and a pilorute tube for applying on effected area. After it I get some spasm also. No bleeding, no severe pain after bowel movement. I am taking medicine from 2 month but nothing happen good. Now I feel spasm all time in effected area so what should I do now.
