My male friend (age 23) facing a problem. His saliva getting dense from 3 to 4 days. Is this any disease? How to get rid of this?

Firstly, increase your water intake. Minimum 8-10 glasses. Because it can be because of dehydration. Have ors one sachet to restore your salt balance except if your friend have hypertension, in that case consult your physician. Chew sugarless gum or have raw food like salads this will stimulate saliva secretion. Try taking these measures and if still there isn't any improvement consult the dentist.

Dense saliva can usually be due to dehydration, ask your friend to take more water and if the problem still persists after few days then visit a dentist.
Take plenty of water c if he is on some drugs.
