Hello Dr. I am swetha 26 years old I had knee pain if I walk about just 2 kms aday or if stress I will suffer alot overnight starting from knee to down the leg will get pain I had continue deliveries within 3 years I got 2kids right now I have a feeding baby too I can't travel more than 1 hour in bike my hip joints pain is unbearable I can't afford much please do suggest some good food I haven't used any iron or calcium complete medicine during 2nd pregnancy and after delivery please suggest some good diet plan in Indian style and very simple one my height is 5'2 aaweight 65.

Get more vegetables and fruits, eat lesser quantity but frequent meals.
Every morning take three teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar ( unfiltered, raw with mother vinegar ) mixed in one full glass of lukewarm water 30 minutes before breakfast.
Eat more Protein and fibres , lesser carbohydrates and fats.
Eat 4litres of water daily.
Get your Vitamin D3 and Thyroid Profile checked ( Free T3, Free T4 TSH, TPO Antibody ).
