Respected doctor I am male at the age of 25. I have been giving some problems with my sleep. I don't sleep much. I am alone in my house and was very happy to be in that way but when I am in my bed at that time i don't get sleep.

Don't worry. Do some mild exercise at evening. Avoid coffee. Tke light foods at night. Do shower before sleep. Review me after 7 days.
