I am 32 years, married and I have one kid of 3 years. My grey hair are increasing rapidly despite taking all the cares. I have taken homeopathy medicine for 6-8 months but no improvement. I have blocked nose problem since a year. If I eat or drink something cold (ice-cream, water etc) my throat gets irritated. I have started with ayurvedic med since 2 months but I don't see any progress. Please suggest me some medicine.
