I am a diabetic DM type 2 from past 35 years psychiatric problem from last 30 years have been diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma oral at present carcinoma is in remission no abnormal uptake detected suffering from enlarged prostate gland I am taking normally 5/6 glasses of warm water every day. Is it ok or should I increase the same but if I take more water urine frequency goes up and in night I have to got up for discharge of urine then I don't get enough sleep. This is the problem. Please suggest what should I do now.
