I am thinking most positive but some times I am thinking over positive. So I'm getting tension and that's effects to my brain. Some time I'm diverting to negativity why I don't know. Will you give any suggestions to me please.

U have calm down...we must think positive..positivity only can eradicate ur anxiety or depression..soo if u think that u alwyz think positive then why there is negativity and anxiety???do regular exercise or jogging-walking..take healthy food..do meditation...
