MRI report: diffuse thinning of ACL with evidence of chronic partial tear of some of fibers at the femoral attachment. And also there is evidence of complex tear of posterior horn and lateral meniscus with linear horizontal tear in posterior horn of medial meniscus extending along inferior articular surface. What should I do. Is it better to go with physiotherapy.
