Cavity doesn't mean extraction. You can visit to your dentist and he can decide wat will be treatment to save the tooth if it's worth saving
filling to rct can be one of the treatments

Hi Nisha... If it is caries.. then you will have to extract the tooth.. otherwise it will spread to other teeths.. also...so better get it done early...
Also You may take homoeoapthic medicine
Kreosote.. 30 tds for 3 days... it may help..
