Can calves be reduced by exercise or running If my skin has a tendency to become inelastic My calves and thighs are quite heavy that I am unable to bear it for long and wish to sit being a 18 year old.

Also decrease your calorie intake, do long diastance cardiovascular exercise, do higher repetition ,eat less frequent.
