Hi my mom age 47 she got wart on her toe wounds before 1 month she went to an surgery to remove the wart (pus filled around the wart) with doctors advice after that she done 3 dressings and after the last dressing her toe mount become an cap like structure surrounding of wart removed area become hard, she got pus infected she can't tolerate again we consulted doctor he went to minor surgery to remove the pus but now she s getting again an little bit of pus in that area please tell me which type of treatment can completely cure her.
