Hii I have frequency in urination that too in Night more n I have dribbling if urine and I have urine retention n if I sit near my back n buts area I get pain uncomfortable in sitting for more time.

It might be because of the weekness of the pelvic floor muscles for improvement you have strengthen your pelvic floor muscles by doing. Isometric glutes and kegel's exercises twice a day.

take gokshur churna along with luke warm water & chandraprabha vati 1-1 tab along with luke warm water twice in a day avoid heavy food cold drink freeze water freeze stored food etc
