I am 46 years old. Sometime I am facing one problem during sleep in later night, blood circulation in my either hand becomes slow and some time veins of legs become stiff. It may be due to load of body comes on side sleeping, then I require to slow warming up exercise, then hand and legs comes into normal condition during night. My b.p.is normal. Sir I want to what will be the cause and remedy?
