I noticed a salt like content on the bottom of the penis, it felt like it too, my foreskin started to close my penis. There is still a good opening, but can't pull a foreskin anymore, what this could be. I did a couple of test on it. Std negative, any salt in my urin negative. What else this could be.

Dear , deposit which see at the base of glans is smegma: dead skin cells. It is normal but one should wash it out when you take bath other wise it would cause problem. However if you cannot retract the foreskin you have developed phimosis and it needs a small operation called circumcision.
