Hi I am little tired actually I would like to inform you that I am doing night shift but do to night shift I am not be able to manage my health could you please tell me how do I manage my face glow.?

First of all you should at least have 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep everyday. This is imperative. After this you should start eating a balanced diet. Start taking vitamin e, one tab daily. Jog around for 5-10 mins a everyday. You should see visible changes in a couple of months.
