Hi, I am 28 years mail and had taken semen analysis teat. In that report my count was 80 mil and mortality was 60 percent. Can you please suggest me some good foods to eat to increase the sperm count with good mortality percentage. If you can suggest me the daily diet plan as well? that would be much appreciated.
