Hello- Watery semen has a much lower sperm count than the normal consistency (but not seen in you case as you have 62 millions sperms in your analysis). The fact poses a problem for married couples who are trying to get pregnant. The stickiness of semen is intended to make it stay longer within the female genital area and increase the chances of the sperm to gain contact with the fertile egg cell. A runny consistency may lessen the time for the seminal fluids to linger within the womb.
