I hav sensitive teeth, and this issue was prevailing 1 years back and I visited the dentist she suggested me with toothpaste - Vantej and mouth wash and a tab the same issue is recurring now I got the toothpaste, which tab yo be taken and mouth wash is suggestible. Was brushing only once in morning need help.

Hi, I'm sorry to learn about your problem. Since the issue your are having is a year old, you should use a medicated toothpaste for brushing. Ask your dentist to prescribe a medicated toothpaste. Also, it helps to solve your problem if you change the medicated gel every two or three months in rotation. Start brushing at least twice daily. Using a mouthwash is a good practice. You should not give it up. Take care and get well soon.
