I am 22 years old girl and my breasts aren't well grown. And the breast which I have right now is not in proper shape as well. I want to get rid of using breast pads. My friend suggested me to drink protein powder with water saying breasts for women are made of muscles and protein powder helps grow muscle in breasts. Is that true? Can drinking protein powder with water help my breasts grow in size. Is it healthy to have artificial protein powder?

The breast is the tissue overlying the chest (pectoral) muscles. Women's breasts are made of specialized tissue that produces milk (glandular tissue) as well as fatty tissue. The amount of fat determines the size of the breast. The milk-producing part of the breast is organized into 15 to 20 sections, called lobes
