Hello Doctors My Gym trainer advised me to take Creatine supplement as a pre workout for gud stamina and strength. I drink loads of water every day and eat almost 2 kg watermelon daily with 3 to 4 meals a day mostly 15 to 20 chapati wid dal and spicy and also 1 ltr milk a day. So is dat enough to gain weight and shall I take creatine or not as I wish to build a gud physique as well. Please advise.

May be you are over doing it. Do not burden your physical frame with lots of stress (through excessive eating!). Aim for a fit and well toned body. Otherwise you will get overweight and nothing else. If possible take the help of a nutritionist so that the correct calorie intake according to your height and weight can be advised. Go slow with the Gym training. Also check your Liver profile and renal profile test along with urine routine.
