My had a issue with his skin he always have rashes like pimples on his whole body whenever he use soap (any soap including dettol) his rashes increases so he is not using any soap since months can you pls tell me whats wrong with him and his medication.

Hello he has a sensitive skin. Allergy is developing to all skin due to any soap. For some days avoid soap. Sleep should be complete & sound. Indigestion problems should be there since many months. Do not eat fast food. Keep eating times regular. Do not eat late night. Do not eat too much spicy. Do not eat rice items in night. Do regular exercises. Early morning 30 mins walk is most important. Revert back if more guidance needed.
