Im working for software company and may be due to stress. These days I feel like lost my imagination power and I can't able to imagine one stuff in mind and carry forward the same to some extent in order to solve the problem. Im loosing my concentration also and feel like exhausted. Pls suggest me a way to get rid of this issue.

Hi lybrate-user, U r suffering from stress and in the burnt out phase. I suggest you to attend stress management course and you will be ok. Meanwhile you do breathing exercise for 5 mins two times daily. Spend quality time with your friends and family. Walking for 30 mins daily preferably in the morning.
