I have a white spot (tiny bump) on the lower left of the base of the penis glans, it was first tiny, and almost unnoticeable, but in a week, it started to grow and the white colour became more prominent, it doesn't affect me in any way (no pain, no itching. Etc) buy I'm concerned about my sexual health I haven't had sex yet, 18 year male I might have enlarged lymph node, but is there a lymph node in the glans positioned at the lower left base.
