Hello..depends on how severe and how frequently ur migraine occurs..If it occurs less often and it is not troublesome then u can take simple pain killers like paracetamol or Naxdom during attack.. however If they are very frequent and severe like 2-3 times per week then u require long term treatment or prophylaxis..
