Sir I have a varicose veins suffering from last 10 years but I have no pain its looking ugly veins in my legs once I laser surgery my right leg also its coming again, blackish my leg now I am using tab Dalacin 300 mg with sporlac Ds is there any side effect for this medicine using long time or prescribe best medicine for me I am 42 years and thin walking 2 km daily now no sugar no BP please suggest me best exercise and best medicine. Not using stockings previously I was type 1 used. Now stopped.

Hi lybrate-user, Use stocking when going out. At home extension and flexition of ankle joint for 5-10 mins two times daily. During sleep keep a pillow below your feet.
