Ligaments accont to the stability of the joint. If you feel your joint is stable, that means to say you r fit for sports. Try standing on the operated leg for 20-25 counts without losing balance and then while standing on both legs, your leg should not feel wobbly. If it does, then your ligaments need more rehab.
