Hi go to the doctor whi has done rct. He will fix the crown again after removing old cement. Get an x-ray done to know about the situation, obturation is done properly or it is incomplete. Pain can be due to infection and inflammation in periapical region. After an x-ray treatment plan can be decided.

After rct a temporary cement is placed that should be replaced after a week and go for crown. In your condition the cement is gone so food may be getting accumulated that's the pain so no big deal. Get a permanent filling followed by crown.
