I'm having keloid one is bigger on chest n other 3 r smaller side by side so any treatment to get totally rid of it n I cn make my chest free from it .Plz suggest me a treatment for it. N cost of it n duration also.

There are many modalities of treatment for keloids. However none is full proof. Keloids have a tendency to recur. So it is best if you could discuss all the pros and cons of all the treatments with your plastic surgeon or dermatologist. Intralesional therapy meaning injection of certain medicines either singularly or in combination are known to have good result.
