My problem is white hair I am 14 year old school boy my hear good all around but notice last couple of 6 months my hair are 5 to 6 hair are white first time is 1 to 2 hair and then suddenly hair are white. Can you please tell me what is the reason behind them? How can I resolve this. What is diet and what food or thing can not do. please tell me full answer.

Hello Regan Cause of Premature Greying of Hairs. 1. Genetic + various environmental factors 2. Nutritional deficiencies like chronic protein loss, severe iron deficiency and copper deficiency. Other causes implicated include stress, and administration of certain drugs and use of certain chemicals (medicated oils). Kindly use 1.
